Quarantine? I have heard this statement several times as some people, mainly introverts are thriving and making the most out of the extra time they have on their hands. At the same time these people also feel a lot of guilt because of the many, many people who are sick with COVID-19 and those who have not survived this pandemic.

First of all, there is nothing wrong with you if you are feeling guilty because you are sort of enjoying this event. If you are able to adapt and make the most out of extra time gained from not traveling or ordering take out, more power to you! Quarantine?

One client of mine says that because of Coronavirus so many things have been simplified. Meetings are shorter and more concise; you are able to do more because you are not dealing with as many people and having less distractions. Quarantine?

If this pandemic ends the end of April, May, June or next year and you find yourself not exactly looking forward to things become more normal, your feelings are valid. COVID-19 will definitely end at some point. In the meantime, enjoy and make the most out of the present circumstances. Above all, stay home and stay safe. Happy Social Distancing!
